Gavin Spennewyn, DC accepts referrals for musculoskeletal conditions of the spine and extremities. Findings and the plan of care are returned to the referring office after the initial visit.

Clinical approach
Evaluation is structure-specific: history and symptom behavior, selective tissue tension and resistance testing, joint-specific assessment of accessory motion, and repeated-movement testing to establish directional preference where one exists.
Treatment pairs manipulation or graded mobilization with soft tissue work and progressive loading, and ends in independent self-management. Frequency follows reassessment rather than a set schedule, and no prepaid treatment plans are sold. Progress is tracked with the Patient-Specific Functional Scale. Patients who are not improving on reassessment are not continued indefinitely.
Radiographs are not taken on site; imaging is referred out where a finding would change management. Other procedures such as canalith repositioning for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is performed in office.
